I hope this finds you well! If you need to return something, know that we’re here to help. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. This aligns with the FTC Mail/Internet/Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, ensuring your peace of mind. Whether it’s our Ink Portraits or the Serenity Grove Art Print, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you miss this window, feel free to reach out; we’ll do our best to work something out.
How to Initiate
To start the return process, just drop us a note at [email protected]. Include your order number and the items you’d like to return. I promise it’s as easy as sending a postcard! We’ll respond promptly with further instructions and a return shipping label if applicable. Remember, communication is key! We’re here to make this as smooth as possible for you.
What’s Returnable
So, what can you return? Most of our items, including custom invitations and greeting cards, are returnable as long as they are unused and in their original condition. However, please bear in mind that personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. If you have any questions about a specific product, just ask! What’s Final Sale
Now, let’s talk about final sales. Items marked as ‘final sale’ are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This typically applies to clearance items or special promotions. Be sure to check the product descriptions when you shop. I know it can be a bit confusing, but we want you to have all the information before you click that ‘buy’ button.
Refund Method & Timeline
When it comes to refunds, I want you to know we aim to process them quickly. Once we receive your returned item, you can expect to see your refund within 5-7 business days. The original payment method will be credited, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s done. If you don’t see it after that timeframe, please reach out. There might be some bank processing times involved, but I’ll help you figure it out!
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong items, I’m truly sorry! Just let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. Please provide photos of the damage along with your email. I know it’s a hassle, but we want to make it right for you as quickly as we can.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is generally on you, unless the item was damaged or incorrect. In that case, we’ll cover the costs. For other returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. This way, you can keep an eye on your return. If you choose not to use a trackable option, we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item. I suggest taking care of this to avoid any surprises!
